David French

David has a distinguished background in real estate, with extensive experience in developing, acquiring, and managing high-end properties and master-planned communities in partnership with leading institutional and family office investors. 

He began his career at The Lyle Anderson Company, where he collaborated with a talented team to bring world-class real estate projects to life, including renowned developments such as the Loch Lomond Club in Scotland, Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, and Hokulia on Hawaii’s Big Island. Specializing in high-end master-planned communities, the firm delivered custom home lots and premium amenities, including signature golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. 

Over the years, David has held various roles in private real estate investment firms focused on identifying, acquiring, and managing properties on a co-investment basis with select institutional and family office capital partners. 

He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and earned his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law. 

Mark McLoone

Mark has extensive real estate experience, having led and managed high-value investment, development, and restructuring projects across diverse asset types, including self-storage, residential, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use properties. He has also co-founded ventures and overseen portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars. 

Mark is a Founding Partner of Hibernia Capital Advisors, a real estate investment and advisory company specializing in identifying, acquiring, co-investing in, and managing opportunistic real estate developments in the Phoenix metropolitan area. 

Additionally, Mark was a Founding Member and Principal of Resco Self Storage, a venture established exclusively to develop self-storage facilities for Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc. (acquired by Public Storage in 2006). This venture successfully developed approximately $225 million worth of storage facilities across Southern California. 

Mark previously served as President and COO of Johnson Wax Development Corporation, where he developed and executed a successful plan to restructure and liquidate a $900 million real estate investment and development company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. The portfolio included diverse property types across Arizona, Northern and Southern California, and Washington, comprising approximately 1,500 apartments, 400,000 sq. ft. of retail, 700,000 sq. ft. of industrial space, 2 million sq. ft. of office space, and several mixed-use land developments. 

Mark graduated from the University of Notre Dame, holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and serves as a board member of Arizona State University’s Center for Design Excellence.

Kathy brings over 30 years of financial expertise to STORE Management specializing in helping businesses establish and refine accounting systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. With a strong background in both private practice and leadership roles, she ensures financial reporting is clear, actionable, and tailored for operational success. 

Kathy’s experience extends beyond accounting—she has been deeply involved in operations and human resources, giving her a well-rounded understanding of business management. She has held leadership roles as Executive Director at Cancer Support Community Arizona and Chief Operations and Finance Officer at Feeding Matters. Kathy holds a B.S. in Business from the W.P. Carey School of Accountancy at Arizona State University. 

ashley reyes

Ashley brings over a decade of experience in multi-site operations, team leadership, and performance management. At STORE Management, she oversees day-to-day facility operations, vendor relationships, and onboarding processes—ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence across the company’s managed storage portfolio. 

Before joining STORE, Ashley spent nearly ten years at Public Storage, where she managed a sizable portfolio and led onboarding and rebranding initiatives—including the successful launch of a 3,500-unit facility in Southern California that reached 96% occupancy within two years. Her background spans acquisitions, facility integration, staff training, and regional performance oversight. Ashley holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University.

Lauren oversees the coordination and execution of STORE Management’s marketing efforts while supporting operational initiatives that drive consistency and growth. She focuses on building scalable systems that support operational excellence and an elevated customer experience; aligning brand standards and cross-functional work to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery. 

With a background in operations and project management, Lauren brings a systems-oriented approach to brand management, ensuring processes, messaging, and execution are both strategic and scalable. Her experience spans technology, accounting, and professional services, allowing her to collaborate effectively across teams and translate business goals into clear, cohesive brand and operational outcomes. Lauren holds a degree in Sociology with a minor in Communications from Western Washington University. 

Alex Burke

Alex combines self-storage operations experience with technical fluency in data analytics and software development. He supports initiatives that enhance performance visibility, streamline reporting, and identify automation opportunities across STORE’s managed portfolio. 

Prior to joining STORE, Alex worked as a Property Manager with Public Storage, where he oversaw customer service, leasing, and facility performance tracking — developing a strong understanding of operations and the customer journey. He later transitioned into data analytics, utilizing AI and automation tools to provide data-driven insights that reduce costs, improve workflows, and keep organizations at the cutting edge of modern solution implementation. With a strong foundation in property management and AI automation, Alex brings a forward-thinking approach to optimizing STORE’s operational workflows. His ability to integrate intelligent systems with day-to-day management empowers owners with actionable insights and enhances communication across the organization. Alex is completing his A.A.S. in Computer Science at Paradise Valley Community College and will be continuing his studies at Arizona State University.

Andrew Matta

Andrew brings over 15 years of leadership experience in operations, property management, and customer service. With more than a decade managing multi-location operations in both the hospitality and self-storage industries, he has held management roles at Public Storage, 180 Self Storage, LifeStorage and Extra Space Storage, where he supported regional audits, staff development, and operational excellence initiatives. 

As Area Lead Manager, Andrew oversees the day-to-day performance of STORE’s flagship facility and leads the property management team across market locations, focusing on mentoring and developing team members to uphold operational excellence, foster professional growth, and consistently deliver a seamless tenant experience. Andrew holds a Business Management degree from Southern New Hampshire University. 

Javier Gonzalez Sr.

Javier brings over five years of experience across financial planning and analysis, operational finance, and strategic modeling within fast-paced, data-driven environments. His background includes supporting enterprise-level forecasting, KPI development, and management reporting, as well as leading ERP implementations and building automated dashboards that improve visibility into performance drivers. Prior to joining STORE, Javier held senior FP&A and analyst roles at Tempur Sealy International, Semper Fi Heating & Cooling, and Cardone Ventures, where he partnered closely with operations and executive leadership to enhance forecast accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and drive data-backed decision-making. 

At STORE Management, Javier supports financial analysis, reporting, and planning initiatives across the managed portfolio, helping leadership maintain disciplined forecasting, evaluate performance trends, and identify opportunities for operational improvement as the platform scales. He plays a key role in strengthening financial infrastructure, improving reporting efficiency, and ensuring leadership has clear, reliable insight into the metrics that matter most. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Jordynne Jarvis

Jordynne brings a cross-functional background spanning business development, strategic recruiting, and growth advisory work across professional services, real estate, and investment-backed organizations. She has built and scaled revenue and talent pipelines in both startup and established environments, with experience ranging from full-desk recruiting and executive search to consultative B2B sales, account management, and strategic marketing. Her career includes leadership roles in recruiting firms, real estate, nonprofit development, and corporate environments, where she consistently delivered measurable growth outcomes and built trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

At STORE Management, Jordynne supports business development, owner outreach, and talent strategy initiatives, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen the company’s growth infrastructure as the platform scales. She plays a key role in shaping external messaging, supporting hiring and organizational build-out, and ensuring STORE presents a cohesive, professional presence to owners, investors, and partners. Jordynne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from the University of California, San Diego.

David Fox

David combines real estate investment experience with financial analysis and institutional operations expertise. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to business development, focusing on identifying and advancing opportunities, supporting owner conversations, and evaluating prospective partnerships across the STORE platform.

Prior to joining STORE, David held senior analytical and leadership roles at Intel Corporation and Solidigm Technology, where he managed P&L performance, capital modeling, and market analysis within large, data-driven organizations. Most recently, he served as Director of Business and Government Relations at El Dorado Holdings, where he supported real estate underwriting efforts, coordinated infrastructure initiatives, and worked closely with public- and private-sector stakeholders. David holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
